Basic Condition
Delivery conditions of apartments in the "basic condition" (where
applicable):
- Floors:
- Tiled with standard quality (owner's choice of colours/design if made
prior to installation)
- Different floor tiles in the kitchen area plus wall tiles to 1,50m
(4'6")
- Different floor tiles in the bathroom plus wall tiles to the ceiling
- Walls finished and painted (white unless owner's choice of colours/design
is made prior to painting)
- Electrical:
- Switches, outlets, etc. installed with standard covers
- Lamps and other lighting - only wiring to the lighting point plus
standard lamps installed (no fixtures)
- Bathroom:
- Central floor drain
- Shower, tub, sink as shown on detail plan
- Electrical and cold water and drain connections for clothes washer
- Balcony/balconies - Railings installed per building design
- Kitchen:
- Provision for electrical connections for electric range, countertop
appliances, lighting
- Hot and cold water connections for sink
- Counters and appliances not included
- Utilities
- Hot water heater (electric) not included but piping and electrical
connections installed
- Air conditioner/heater (electric) not included but electrical
connection installed - split unit design with outside portion (condensor
and compressor) out of sight subject to approval
- Separate water and electricity meters for each apartment
- Windows and balcony doors are double-pane insulated glass
- Doors installed with a secure lock on the entrance door
