The Complex
|

| The 37 apartments are in an L-shaped building that faces south and east, to the
sun and the sea. The building will have a few small shops and medical
offices on the ground floor and three floors of apartments with balconies
above.
The 500 m2 sous sol will also have apartments, but these may be converted into a
piano bar prior to completion of the complex. The
L-shape of the building will shelter a beautiful swimming pool and
English garden. Access to the apartments will be via a
central staircase and an external elevator with
wide central halls. There will be off-street parking for residents and
visitors in front of and behind the complex. |
